Maureen Hare has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and sales industries. Maureen started their career as a Senior Sales Executive at JW Marriott Indianapolis in 2010, where they actively solicited and negotiated corporate business throughout the United States. Maureen then joined JW Marriott Austin as a Senior Sales Executive in 2014, where they developed targeted strategies and acquired a new account base for the hotel's 2016 opening.
In 2015, Maureen moved to Marriott Marquis Chicago as a Senior Sales Executive, where they played a key role in exceeding revenue and room night goals. Maureen also successfully developed and acquired a new targeted customer account base across all market segments. After that, they joined Washington Marriott Wardman Park in 2017 as a Senior Sales Executive, where they exceeded annual performance goals and actively solicited association accounts in the Northeast states.
From 2020 to 2021, Maureen worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Lot Spot, a startup company. During their tenure, they strategically increased the account base and launched a direct sales initiative targeting Lot Spot's target market.
Most recently, they worked for Strategic Solution Partners as a Sales Marketing Business Development Contractor, starting in 2022. Maureen thrived in fast-paced task force work environments, dealing with openings, management transitions, property re-positioning, and staffing transitions.
In 2023, Maureen Hare became a Consultant, utilizing their expertise and experience to provide valuable insights and guidance to various organizations.
Maureen Hare has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Madonna University. Maureen attended the university from 2003 to 2006.
