Amrit Raj Sagar

Amrit Raj Sagar has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Amrit Raj started their career as a Junior Assistant IT at Kumari Bank Limited in August 2014 and worked in that role until April 2017. Amrit Raj then transitioned to the role of Assistant IT at the same company, where they played a key role in migrating Legacy CBS to Finacle CBS, providing training to end-users, and solving after-go live problems for Finacle. Amrit Raj also integrated remittance software with various vendors and automated reporting tasks. In January 2019, Amrit was promoted to the role of Senior Assistant IT at Kumari Bank Limited and was responsible for Core Banking Techno-Operational tasks and error rectification using minor customization scripting techniques. In January 2020, they joined Sanima Bank Limited as an Information Technology Officer, where they administered the core banking system, conducted research for potential technology improvements, and worked with the integration and customization team to develop minor customization requirements. Amrit Raj also performed Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, and monitoring of the Finacle Core Banking System and other in-house systems. In September 2021, Amrit moved on to a new role as a Full Stack Engineer at Creospan Inc., where they worked until January 2023. Currently, Amrit is employed as a Software Engineer at Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) starting from April 2023. Amrit Raj Sagar's education history begins with their completion of a School Leaving Certificate in Computer Science from Monastic Higher Secondary English Boarding School in 2007. They then pursued an Intermediate of Science degree at St. Xavier's College, Maitighar from 2007 to 2009. Following that, Amrit Raj Sagar attended Patan Multiple Campus, Patandhoka, Lalitpur, where they earned a B.Sc. CSIT degree in Computer Science from 2010 to 2014.

In 2021, Amrit Raj Sagar began their postgraduate studies at Maharishi International University, specializing in Computer Science with a focus on the Data Science track. They are expected to complete their Masters of Science in Computer Science in 2024.
