Evan Willette

Evan Willette has been working in the tech industry since 2000. Evan began their career at Nokia as a Test Engineer. In 2001, they joined EMC, where they held the roles of HW/SW QA Engineer, Senior HW/SW QE/DVT Engineer, and Principal HW/SW QE/DVT Engineer. In 2014, they moved to Qlik, where they were a Lead Software Test Engineer responsible for testing Qlik Sense and Qlikview web applications. Evan has a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and how to properly apply them. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for feature testing the MIIS website, providing input for testing related estimates of effort and duration, and collaborating with project team members, Subject Matter Experts and Business Analysts to define and document requirement-based test plans and cases.

Evan Willette attended Brandeis University from 2008 to 2011 and obtained a graduate degree in Programs and Projects. Evan then attended Framingham State University from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a BS in Computer Science. In 2013, they obtained a Scrum Master Certification from the Scrum Alliance.
