Stephanie Cracknell CBAP, PBA, CSPO has a diverse work experience in business analysis and project management. Stephanie started their career as a Projects Analyst at Mapeley, where they led various infrastructure and software projects. During this time, they also managed the corporate help desk and change management in an ITIL environment.

Following this role, Stephanie joined The Royal British Legion as the Head of Strategy & Architecture. In this position, they developed and introduced a BA methodology based on the IIBA's BABOK to ensure continuity across the organization. Stephanie was later promoted to lead the BA/PM and Development teams across the IT team. Stephanie effectively managed project life cycles and utilized PRINCE2 for project delivery.

Next, Stephanie worked at Mercy Housing as a Senior Business Analyst before joining OppenheimerFunds. At OppenheimerFunds, they held two roles - Manager Program Execution & Business Analysis and Lead Business Analyst. These roles involved overseeing program execution, business analysis, and leading a team of analysts.

Stephanie then moved to CIT as an Assistant Vice President Business Analysis, where they contributed to the company's business analysis initiatives. Following their time at CIT, they joined Stryker as a Senior IT Business Analysis Manager. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for planning and delivering customer experience solutions/platforms, designing process and application enhancements, and collaborating with business stakeholders and IT Business Partners to refine business needs and requirements.

Most recently, Stephanie has been working at UC Irvine as an Instructor for the Requirements Lifecycle course. Stephanie redeveloped the curriculum for the BA certification program, covering topics such as stakeholder identification, use case analysis, user story writing, elicitation techniques, and requirements documentation.

Currently, Stephanie is working as the Business Analyst Manager at Strategic Solutions Group (SSG), where they are responsible for managing the business analyst team.

Throughout their career, Stephanie has obtained several certifications including CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), and CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), demonstrating their expertise in the field.

Starting in 2016, Stephanie attended Colorado State University Global, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Project Management. Stephanie completed their studies in 2019.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, Stephanie studied at Penn State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Stephanie also holds a Certificate in Information Technology and Computing from The Open University, which they achieved between 2006 and 2009.
