Rahma Ali has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2016, they completed internships with Jaens Pharmaceuticals and Red Pyrex, gaining exposure to HR functions. In 2017, they joined Remington Pharma as an MTO HR, where they assisted in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Rahma Ali pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting with their schooling at Kinnaird College Women Lahore from 2011 to 2013. There, they completed their Intermediate education with a focus on General Science, including subjects such as Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics.

Following this, from 2013 to 2017, Rahma Ali enrolled in the University of Central Punjab, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Rahma'sfield of study during this program focused on Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration in general.

Continuing their educational journey, Rahma Ali joined the University of the Punjab in 2019 and completed their Executive MBA program in 2021. During this period, they specialized in Human Resource and Personnel Administration, further building their expertise in this field.
