Jennifer Escobar

Senior Associate, Sacramento at Strategies 360

Jennifer is a Senior Associate in the Strategies 360 Sacramento office. With expertise in data collection and analysis, writing and editing, and education, Jennifer supports the Sacramento office in a variety of areas. In her role, she organizes meetings with legislative offices, attends hearings and provides summaries for distribution to lobbyists and clients, and compiles weekly newsletters. Additionally, Jennifer is responsible for tracking legislation, drafting bill position letters, and executing client lobby days.

Prior to S360, Jennifer taught elementary education for three years in Sacramento City Unified School district and worked as the Technology Support Teacher for all staff on campus. Jennifer also served as the Chapter Director and Development Manager for Sprout Up Environmental Education Organization, which is free environmental education to primary students in YOLO County.

Jennifer graduated from UC Davis with a master’s degree in arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. She holds a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential.
