Philip Baylor

Philip Baylor is currently the Managing Director and Business Development Manager at Strategy Consulting Team, LLC. Prior to this, Philip founded and managed a co-living start-up company called New Union Living, catering to the "young newcomer" market. Philip also worked as a Consultant/Project Leader at LMI, managed client engagements, and delivered high-quality consulting services. Additionally, Philip interned at the U.S. Department of State and CSC, where Philip analyzed data and developed strategies. Philip has a MBA from the University of Maryland and holds a BA in History from William & Mary.
