Christoffer Ellehuus

Christoffer Ellehuus is CEO of Strategy Execution. He joined Strategy Execution in June 2018 and oversees the strategic direction and global operations of the Arlington, Virginia-based company.

During his career, Christoffer was the Practice and Product Leader of CEB’s HR Practice and Head of CEB’s HR Practice Business in EMEA out of London. He was also Global Head of New Product Development at CEB where he led the development and successful market launch of several new product platforms as well as the integration of several acquired technology businesses in the human capital services space. After the acquisition of CEB by Gartner, he was the Market Leader and Head of Sales of Gartner’s HR membership, assessment and HR analytics businesses.
