Sarah Butler Wahlin

Sarah Butler Wahlin is a seasoned Human Resources professional and operations manager with extensive experience in enhancing people operations and improving organizational processes. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Strategy Labs since February 2024, previous roles include Operations Manager and Project Manager at the same company, where Sarah was responsible for recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Prior positions include Associate Registrar at Whitworth University and Senior Operations Manager at Ronald McDonald House Charities, managing HR functions and employee development.
