Mette Rosenkrands

Mette Rosenkrands is a Partner at Strategy Office, a previous Vice President at Falck, and an Executive Assistant at TORM A/S.

Rosenkrands has been responsible for the implementation of large-scale strategic group projects, including developing new business by rolling out medical clinics/centres in +10 defined emerging markets. This role included strategy and business case development, presentation to the Board of Directors, conceptualizing services, defining operational set-up, establish operational procedures, developing marketing guidelines and websites, programme management, business case monitoring and control, implementation follow-up and reporting.

At TORM A/S, Rosenkrands was part of the Senior Management Team focused on developing and implementing strategy, setting performance targets and follow up on implementation of strategic projects. Rosenkrands was also responsible for 150 FTE and 2500 seagoing staff as part of the Technical Division management team. The focus was on implementing a performance oriented culture focusing on delivering quality at benchmark cost.

Mette Rosenkrands has a PhD in Strategy and Performance from Copenhagen Business School, an MSc in Economics from Aarhus University, and a business degree from Zeeland Business College. Mette also has a high school degree in math/physics from Herlufsholm.
