Theresa Buset

Theresa Buset, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at StrategyCorp Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this role, Theresa held various senior HR positions at DDB Canada from December 2009 to January 2020, including Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Director of Human Resources. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at GJP Advertising & Design, as well as HR Lead at Downtown Partners, where responsibilities encompassed HR functions across multiple offices and agencies. Theresa began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at DDB Canada and also worked as a Customer Support Associate at Aerotek. Theresa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies with a focus on Human Resources and Psychology from Western University, obtained in 2003.
