Alexander Arrow

Alexander Arrow has held a variety of roles in the technology and healthcare industries since 2010. In 2010, they became a Board Member and President & COO/CMO of Biolase, Inc. In 2015, they became a Board Member of Neumedicines Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Zelegent, Inc. In 2016, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Protagenic Therapeutics and a Board Member of Medcura, Inc. In 2018, they became a Board Member of 8i Enterprises Acquisition Corp. In 2019, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Carlsmed, Inc. In 2020, they became a Board Member of Paragonix Technologies, Inc. and in 2022, they became a Board Member of Insightful Instruments, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of Strateos.

Alexander Arrow attended Overland High School before going on to Cornell University, where they earned a BA in Physics in 1992. Alexander then attended Harvard Medical School, earning an MD and Doctor of Medicine - MD in 1996.
