Genna Dixon has a diverse work history in the field of video production and creative content. Starting as a Freelance Videographer and Editor in 2009, they later took on roles such as Production Coordinator at BlueMoon Productions and MoonFuel. Genna then transitioned to roles at Activate Entertainment, The Chaos Factory, and TheStoryBoxes, where they held positions such as Marketing and Education Manager and Creative Director. In 2018, they served as the Production Manager and Video Producer at The Adelaide Repertory Theatre before joining Dixon Creative Co. as Creative Director / Producer in 2019. Their experience culminated in roles at Mill Film, where they served as a VFX Production Assistant, and finally at the Stratford Festival, where they progressed from Video Production Manager to Associate Director of Digital Content and ultimately to Director of Digital Content.
Genna Dixon completed their Bachelor of Arts in Media, Information, and Technology from Western University in 2012 and received a Diploma in Television Broadcasting from Fanshawe College in the same year. Genna also attended the Australian Film Television and Radio School in 2017 for a Directors Toolkit program. Prior to that, they studied Dramatic Arts and Performance at Etobicoke School of the Arts from 2004 to 2008.
