Shea Halaburda, P.Eng.

Shea Halaburda, P.Eng. has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. They have held various roles in different companies, starting in 2010. Their most recent role is as a Senior Completions Engineer at Strathcona Resources Ltd. in the Montney area, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Longshore Resources Ltd. as the Lead, Production in the Charlie Lake area from March 2023 to June 2023, and as a Senior Production Engineer from July 2022 to March 2023. They also have experience at Strathcona Resources Ltd. as a Senior Production Engineer in the Montney & Deep Basin area from April 2022 to July 2022, and as a Production Engineer from November 2020 to April 2022. Before that, they worked at Seven Generations Energy Ltd. as a Reservoir/Development Engineer from August 2017 to November 2020, and as a Production Engineer from July 2015 to August 2017. Prior to that, they were an Operations Engineer at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) from January 2015 to July 2015. They also gained experience as an Exploitation Engineering Intern at CNRL in the summer of 2014, a Production Engineering Intern at CNRL in the summer of 2013, and a Polymer Injection Operator at CNRL in the summer of 2012. Their earliest work experience in the industry was as a Battery/Field Production Operator at Apache Corporation in the summer of 2011, and as a Field Production Operator at CNRL in the summer of 2010.

Shea Halaburda, P.Eng. completed a Technical Diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 2010 to 2012. Following this, Shea pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Petroleum Engineering at Montana Technological University from 2012 to 2014.
