John Olukuru

John Olukuru is currently serving as the Head of Data Science and Analytics at iLabAfrica since January 2017. Additionally, John holds the position of Director at Risk Management Centre since April 2013. At Strathmore University, John is a University Lecturer in Actuarial Modelling and also serves as the Dean of the School of Finance and Applied Economics. John completed their Research Doctorate in Quantitative Finance at the University of Glasgow from 2009 to 2012, their MSc in Actuarial Science at Heriot-Watt University in 2008-2009, and another MSc in Statistics at the University of Nairobi from 2005 to 2007.
