Megan Lenko has five years of professional experience in marketing and e-commerce. Megan began their career in 2017 as an Account Manager at The Imagists. In 2018, they moved to Sachs Marketing Group as an Account Executive. In 2020, they joined Bellami Hair as a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. In 2022, they were appointed Director, Marketing & E-commerce at Pley Beauty, and later that year, they became Director, Digital Marketing & E-commerce. Megan is currently employed as a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager at Stratia Skincare.

Megan Lenko obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business from California State University Channel Islands in 2017. In July 2020, they also obtained their Google Ads Display Certification from Google.
