Alison Ettridge

Alison Ettridge is a seasoned leader in talent intelligence and business development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Intelligence at Lightcast since August 2024, Alison is also the Chief Believer, Founder, and CEO of Stratigens, which focuses on providing transparency in the labor market for informed decision-making by HR and business leaders. Previous roles include Head of Talent at FPE Capital LLP, Managing Director at Intuitive Board and THE WRITE RESEARCH COMPANY LIMITED, and Business Development Director EMEA at Talent Intelligence. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Equine Business Studies from Warwickshire College of Agriculture and has played a significant role in enhancing commercial strategies and talent management in multiple organizations while contributing to diversity in the SME sector.
