Joakim Fyhn

Joakim Fyhn has comprehensive experience in the field of human resources. Joakim currently holds the position of Head of People and Culture at Stratiteq since January 2023. Prior to this, Mr. Fyhn worked at Landshypotek Bank AB where they served as an HR-chef from March 2019 to January 2023 and as an HR Generalist from June 2015 to February 2019. Before Landshypotek Bank AB, they worked as an HR-specialist at DSV from January 2013 to June 2015. Joakim also served as an HR-resurs at Optimera Svenska AB from May 2012 to December 2012. Earlier in their career, they held administrative assistant roles at Rechon Life Sciences AB from May 2009 to August 2011 and at Northern Logistic Property AB from March 2011 to June 2011. Additionally, Mr. Fyhn gained experience as a Consultant Assistant at Academic Work from 2009-2010 and as a Project Leader at Adecco from August 2007 to May 2008.

Joakim Fyhn completed their education in various fields. In 2010, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Lund University. Following this, they pursued one year of courses in Strategic Communication at the same university from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, in 2010-2011, they studied Sociology at the University of Virginia, also earning a Bachelor's degree. In 2012-2013, they pursued a program in Value Based Leadership, although no degree was specified. Furthermore, Joakim Fyhn achieved certifications in NLP Business Practitioner from INLPTA in 2014 and as a Certified PPA Practitioner from Thomas International at an unspecified time.
