Chris Mills is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in sales and management across the global talent acquisition industry. Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer and Managing Director - Industrial at Strativ Group since September 2023, Chris previously held key roles at CSG Talent from September 2015 to March 2024, where responsibilities included Sales Director and Director - Energy & Infrastructure. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director - Asia Pacific and Business Manager - Energy at BW Penman, as well as positions as Senior Consultant - Energy and Senior Consultant at BW Penman and Sphere Group, respectively. Chris began a career in recruitment as a Consultant at EM Finance following studies at Leeds Beckett University from 2002 to 2005.
