Annia Gross

Annia is a Functional Support Engineer at Stratocore focused on client training and application support. She holds a Medical Laboratory Science and Biotechnology Bachelor's degree from Kaohsiung Medical University (Taiwan). Annia has extensive experience working as a lab technician where her role was to prepare samples for analysis, use equipment to locate microorganisms, monitor tests and procedures as well as maintain laboratory equipment with regular inspections, calibration, and repairs. Her lab experience helps her understand Stratocore customer's requirements. She is fluent in English, and Spanish, and has a basic level of Mandarin and French.
