Sonali Singh

Sonali Singh currently serves as the Head of Talent and People at Stratogent since October 2023. Previously, Sonali held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Simeio for a brief period in early 2023 and was the Head of Human Resources at Educational Initiatives from February 2022 to January 2023. Further experience includes roles as Vice President of People Success at Qualitest and Director of Human Resources at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where Sonali functioned as a Global Business Partner for multiple business units and service lines. Additional positions include Associate Director of Human Resources at Cognizant, focusing on talent management and workforce management, and earlier roles at Firstsource, Concentrix, and Torry Harris Business Solutions. Sonali is currently pursuing a PGED at XLRI Jamshedpur, having completed earlier education at The Army Public School in New Delhi.
