Adam Groom has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Adam is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Member of StratorSoft since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Northland Controls as the Vice President of Sales from March 2021 to September 2021. Adam also served as a Senior Consultant at PopID from May 2020 to March 2021.
Before these roles, Adam held various positions at LenelS2, where they served as the Regional Sales Director - Central US from December 2018 to May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at S2 Security Corporation, where they held multiple roles including Senior Director, Global Accounts and Business Development from January 2017 to December 2018, Director of Business Development from January 2016 to January 2017, and Business Development Manager - Western US from January 2013 to January 2016.
Adam also gained experience at ASSA ABLOY in US as the Regional ISS Manager - Rockies and Mid-continent from March 2011 to January 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ingersoll Rand as a Sales Consultant from October 2008 to March 2011 and at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies as an Account Executive from January 2006 to October 2008.
Adam Groom completed their education in a sequential manner. From 1997 to 2001, they attended Cherry Creek High School, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, studying from 2001 to 2005. Adam obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Marketing during this time. Additionally, in October 2019, Adam obtained a certification in "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
