Carl Arcenas

Carl Arcenas has extensive experience in the IT industry, with roles ranging from Programmer Analyst to Engagement Manager. Carl has worked with various companies such as Stratpoint Technologies, iSphere Global, Tata Consultancy Services, NCS Group, A-IT Software Services Pte Ltd, and Bank of the Philippine Islands.
