Darragh Flynn is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Head of Engineering and Test at STRATSEC.EU since October 2024, managing a team of 80 engineers to ensure operational continuity and service reliability. Previously, Darragh held the position of Application Engineering Manager at Aer Lingus, overseeing the development of the AerClub loyalty program and mobile applications. Prior roles at Baxter International Inc. included Associate Director of Global IT, leading IT operations for 350 personnel, and several management positions focusing on enhancing end-user experience across EMEA. Darragh’s earlier career includes intelligence operations with the UK Ministry of Defence and IT consultancy roles, supported by a strong academic background in Health Informatics and IT Management from Trinity College Dublin and Technological University Dublin.
