Lauren O'Keefe

Lauren O'Keefe is a Systems Administrator at stratton with experience in managing backups and configuring network components. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Junior Infrastructure Administrator at the University of the Sunshine Coast, where Lauren documented systems and procedures. Lauren also has experience as an IT Helpdesk Officer, assisting staff members with IT issues and managing user accounts. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Business degree in ICT and Environmental Management from the University of the Sunshine Coast.
