Tom Farmar

Tom Farmar has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee development, and HR business partnership. Tom is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Stratus, where they provide innovative design services and solutions to clients globally. Prior to that, Tom served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Tetra Tech, where they supported over 1,000 global engineering and environmental science professionals. Tom also held senior HR positions at Advance Auto Parts, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and organizational development, and at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they managed various HR roles, including recruiting and management training.

Tom Farmar completed their high school education in 1991, obtaining a High School Diploma from Easton High School. In 1992, they attended The George Washington University, where they studied Political Science and Government. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from Geneva College, graduating in 2005. In 2019, they enrolled at Colorado State University Global to study Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, Tom has obtained certifications such as Baseball Coach "B" Certification from USA Baseball and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
