Candy Webb

Candy Webb has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Candy started their career in 1996 as a Business Manager at Arch Paging, where they were responsible for business management functions across multiple departments. Candy then worked at Alltel/Verizon Wireless as a Business Sales Representative, where they directed all aspects of sales operations and generated significant growth through acquiring new accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

In 1999, Candy joined Verizon Wireless as a Manager of Communication Stores, where they managed retail sales operations and trained staff in sales techniques. Candy also worked as a Consultant in Data Sales, developing and implementing innovative solutions to drive data revenues and increase sales in the Illinois/Wisconsin region.

From 2010 to 2012, Candy served as the President of Focused Sales Solutions, a management consultation company specializing in sales and management training services for small to medium-sized businesses. Candy provided customized services and solutions to meet client requirements.

Candy then joined AT&T as an Account Manager in 2012, where they maintained client satisfaction and sold diverse AT&T solutions to top decision-makers. Candy conducted product demonstrations and provided post-sale support.

In 2014, Candy joined Stratus Networks as a Senior Account Executive, responsible for expanding the company's presence throughout the Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and neighboring regions. Candy developed market share by calling on C-level executives and negotiating profitable agreements. Candy also cultivated relationships with service providers and identified additional telecommunications needs for clients.

Later, Candy progressed to Sales Manager at Stratus Networks and is currently serving as the Enterprise Sales Director. In their role, they oversee enterprise sales and ensures the successful implementation of sales strategies.

In addition to their work in the telecommunications industry, Candy also has experience as a Small Business Owner, having started the company Taste of Candy in 2020.

Candy Webb attended Pierce College from 1979 to 1980, where they pursued General Studies. Candy did not obtain a degree during their time at the institution.
