Brooke Smith

Brooke Smith is a Staff Accountant at StratusGrid. Brooke has previous experience working as a Client Manager at Unum, a cashier at Lowe's Home Improvement, and a teller at First Volunteer Bank. Brooke is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with field office partners, brokers, and clients. Brooke also oversees implementation projects for newly established clients as well as annual enrollments. Brooke is a subject matter expert configuring the Ben Admin site and is responsible for troubleshooting complex Ben Admin site issues.

Brooke Smith earned a BS in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University. Brooke also has an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Chattanooga State Community College.
