Viviana Ardern is currently an Executive Assistant at StratusGrid. Prior to this, they were with Centurion Solar Energy, LLC from April 2021 to December 2021, where they served as Executive Assistant to the CEO and HR coordinator. There, they were responsible for creating the Human Resources department, developing and implementing internal policies, and hiring. Viviana also handled personnel, controlled disabilities and vacations, and reported news to payroll. Viviana carried out administrative processes such as purchasing tickets, booking hotels, organizing meetings, among others.

Before that, they were with Sodexo Servicios de Beneficios e Incentivos from December 2019 to July 2020, where they served as Assistant to the General Director and Comex. Viviana supported the company's CEO and other executives by performing tasks of telephone attention, public attention, organization, legalization coordination and planning of administrative tasks. Viviana organized events, meetings and other corporate events, administered the corporate lines and cell phones. Viviana coordinated transportation services for commercial staff and managers, managed the Aviatur platform for ticket management for all Sodexo personnel. Viviana was in charge of the director's and VP's cars.

Viviana Ardern's educational career includes a degree in Modern Languages with an emphasis in translation from Universidad EAN, a Specialist degree in Strategic Communication from Universidad Sergio Arboleda, and certifications in Digital Marketing from Cámara de Comercio Bogotá, Strategic Communication and multimedia from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and Translation of Business and Commercial Texts from Universidad EAN.
