Michiel Heinen has over 20 years of experience in the international business world. Michiel began their career in 1997 as an International Trader for Karlshamns AB, where they minimized risks involved in selling large volumes of refined vegetable oils and sold large quantities of margarine to Eastern-Europe and Russia. In 1999, they became the Sales and Marketing Manager for IMG Holland (First Online Broker in The Netherlands), where they integrated and automated Archie CRM, expanded the sales team from 4 to 15 people, and raised the prospect to client ratio from 8% to 35%. Michiel then went on to become the Marketing Director and Business Owner for Kaldi koffie & thee, where they implemented a new business unit called “Coffee Events” (mobile units) and opened 5 new stores. In 2011, they became the Chief Officer of Operations for ClearVoIP Inc., where they created the customer service department in Mexico, which reduced operating costs by 50% and allowed the business to grow by 100%, and developed and implemented new systems and services, increasing the average monthly income per customer from $14. Finally, in 2016, they became the Director Customer Support Services for StratusX, where they created a 24/7 technical support department in Mexico for StratusX.
