Elizabeth Semple

Elizabeth Semple has over three decades of experience in various leadership roles in human resources. Elizabeth'smost recent position was as Vice President of Human Resources at Straub Collaborative, Inc., a role they took on in September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at MES HR CONSULTING LLC. from 2008 to 2022, where they specialized in organizational development, change management, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and various other HR functions.

From 2019 to 2020, Elizabeth served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Operations at Industrial Color. Elizabeth also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Interactive One from 2015 to 2018. During their time there, they focused on organizational development, talent acquisition, and aligning HR practices with corporate goals.

Elizabeth has also held leadership roles in human resources at MWW Group, Sizmek, RandomWalk Computing, Razorfish Global, CNN, and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, operations, and data analytics.

Elizabeth Semple has a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Rutgers University. Elizabeth also has pursued studies in Organizational Behavior at New York University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Managing Organizational Change for Managers," "How to Give Negative Feedback to Senior Colleagues," "Organizational Culture," and "Working Remotely."
