Pia Desch

Pia Desch is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Partner for Students at STRAUSS since January 2022. Prior to this role, Pia worked as an Ausbildungskoordinatorin at Hessen Mobil, managing around 40 apprentices, students, and interns, and overseeing the quality of vocational training. Pia's expertise includes project management, sales support, and training coordination, developed through positions at Woco Group and various volunteer engagements, including work in Peru. Pia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and additional qualifications as a certified educator in training and development from WBS Training AG.
