Bart Huffman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy law and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Partner at Holland & Knight LLP since August 2022, Bart also holds positions as a Cybersecurity Fellow at the Strauss Center for International Security and Law and an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas at Austin, where instruction focuses on US and EU Privacy Law. Previously, Bart was a Partner at Reed Smith LLP from February 2017 to July 2022 and at Locke Lord LLP from 2012 to February 2017. Bart earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in Civil Engineering and Operations Research, from Princeton University.
