Cesar Martinez

Cesar Martinez, MPA, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic intelligence, public policy, and national security. As the Founding Partner of Intelligence Mill since July 2019, Cesar provides data-driven insights for businesses navigating complex environments. Concurrently, Cesar serves as a Senior Fellow at The Robert S. Strauss Center for International Security and Law, directing the Mexican Security Initiative. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Martin+Crumpton Group LLC and Vice President at Vianovo, where strategic planning and client management were key responsibilities. Cesar's academic background includes a PhD in National Security from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Public Affairs from the same institution. Early career experiences include directing budgetary planning at the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social and leading geopolitical analysis at Stratfor.
