Iris Zarzevsky has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Iris is currently the owner of Iris Zarzevsky Strategy & Planning, a role they have held since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Strategy Consultant at Strauss, focusing on digital, CX, and innovation. From 2018 to 2019, they were the VOC & CX Manager at Discount Bank. Before that, from 2016 to 2017, they served as the Head of the Consumer Research Department at Nielsen, where they led research projects and managed a team. Iris also has experience as a Consumer & Market Insights Manager at Unilever, where they provided marketing consultation, analyzed market trends, and collaborated with various teams. Iris began their career as a Senior Strategic Planner at Gitam BBDO, developing communication and branding strategies for clients. Lastly, they worked as a Senior Research Manager at Geocartography.
Iris Zarzevsky completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management at Tel Aviv University from 2000 to 2002. Iris then pursued an MBA specializing in Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University, which they completed from 2002 to 2006.
In 2017 to 2018, Iris attended New-Media College, where they studied BI & data analytics. Later, in 2019 to 2020, they enrolled in Digitalent - Be a Talent in a Digital World, focusing on data-driven customer experience.
Additionally, Iris obtained a certification in Customer Retention Strategy from Section4 in February 2023.
