Kip Schwimmer

Kip Schwimmer has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Kip is currently the President of American Medical Endoscopy, where they are responsible for representing multiple companies in the distribution and technology of medical equipment in Latin America. Additionally, Kip Schwimmer serves as the CEO of Strauss Surgical. Prior to these roles, they held various positions at Cummins Inc., including Director of Power Generation Sales for North America and the Caribbean, Director of Power Generation for South America, Director of Commercial Products Business for Latin America and North America, Director of Commercial Sales for Latin America, Director of Marketing Support, Sales and Distribution, and General Manager of Fleetguard Nelson Mexico. Before working at Cummins Inc., Kip Schwimmer was the International Sales Director at Fairbanks Scales and the Sales & Marketing Director at Innovative Material Systems, Inc. Kip also gained experience as an International Trade Representative at the Kansas Department of Commerce.

Kip Schwimmer obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business, where they attended from 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree from The University of Kansas, from 1981 to 1985.
