Roni Ayalon

Roni Ayalon's work experience includes holding the role of Director of Organizational Excellence at Strauss Water Ltd. from 2016. In this position, they were responsible for improving global corporate performance through managing and optimizing projects, business processes, and digital and data platforms. Additionally, they led and controlled the organizational projects portfolio, implemented continuous improvement of processes, and built data analysis tools. Prior to this, Roni served as the Projects and Processes Department Manager at Strauss Water Ltd. from 2016, and as the Inventory Control and Loss Prevention Project Manager at Mega Retail Ltd. from 2014 to 2016. At Mega Retail Ltd., they established a field of activity by building a strategy to reduce inventory loss, developed tools of analysis and control, and improved operational and sales processes. Before Mega Retail Ltd., Roni worked as a Business Analysis and Project Manager at Orange from 2008 to 2014.

Roni Ayalon completed a Bachelor's Degree in economy and communication from the University of Haifa from 1995 to 1998. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tel Aviv University from 2001 to 2003.
