We are looking for a Group Product Manager, User Lifecycle, to build and accelerate growth experiences. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key growth initiatives. This is a fast-paced but highly collaborative team that is tightly connected to the day-to-day success of our business.

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Drive the development of new distinctive features and experiences that grows users using Strava and retains millions of users with quantifiable outcomes
  • Embrace rapid experimentation: form and validate data-driven hypotheses to accelerate growth.
  • Be ingenuitive in ways to reach audiences and bring them to Strava.
  • Capture insights from growth experiments successes and failures, and communicate them to the broader team.

You will be successful here by:

  • Using product analytics to understand how our customers use our product and help guide decisions on future improvements and optimizations.
  • Leading and developing product managers earlier in their careers
  • Embracing an inclusive, collaborative environment that elevates a diverse set of voices and experiences.
  • Driving cross-functional team and alignment with hypothesis-driven experiments, vision, and roadmap.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical and quantitative skills to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.

We’re excited about you because:

  • You have 6+ years of product management experience.
  • You’re a self-starter at heart.
  • You have 4+ years of Growth / communications product experience in a community based consumer products organization.
  • You have a proven ability to lead teams and work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • You have a track record of developing junior product management
  • You’re capable of driving clarity while balancing multiple perspectives and stakeholders.
  • You’re comfortable diving into ambiguous technical problems, working closely with engineering teams.
  • You have the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally to many stakeholders.
  • You have great business judgment and ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking.
