Andrew Vontz

Andrew Vontz is the current advisor at Strava. Andrew was previously the Vice President of Communications from January 2018 to March 2022, and the Communications Lead from January 2014 to December 2017. Andrew has also been the Head of Content at TRX Training, and an Advisor for Social Venture Studio Accelerator and A Second U Foundation. Andrew is also the founder of Choose the Hard Way and a freelance journalist for www.andrewvontz.com.

Andrew Vontz has a MFA in creative writing from California Institute of the Arts and a B.A. Summa Cum Laude + departmental Honors in Radio-TV Communication from University of Missouri-Columbia. Andrew is also certified from USA Cycling as a USA Cycling Level 3 Coach and from NASM as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
