Arianna Rilovich

Arianna Rilovich has extensive work experience in people operations and HR roles. Arianna is currently the Director of People Operations at Strava since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior People Operations Manager at Faire from September 2019 to January 2021 and as a People Operations Manager at Brandless, Inc. from October 2018 to September 2019. Before joining Brandless, Inc., they held various roles at GoPro, starting as an HR Coordinator from October 2014 to September 2015. Arianna then worked as an HR Operations Specialist from September 2015 to January 2016, HR Operations Lead from January 2016 to March 2017, and later as a Manager of People Operations from March 2017 to October 2018. Prior to GoPro, Arianna worked as an HR Operational Specialist at NVIDIA from February 2012 to October 2014.

Arianna Rilovich obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public and Community Service Studies from Providence College, where they attended from 2007 to 2011.
