Kate Maxwell

Kate Maxwell is the current General Manager of Business Development at Strava. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Advertising Operations at Tumblr from October 2012 to July 2015. In this role, they successfully managed and executed Tumblr's revenue stream, built a team from the ground up to implement and execute hundreds of campaigns monthly, oversaw all insertion orders and vendor contract terms, and provided native advertising expertise to national brands. Kate also served as the Advertising Operations Manager at Gawker Media from March 2009 to September 2012, and as an Associate Account Executive at Didit.com from January 2008 to February 2009. Kate began their career as an intern at Mr. Youth in January 2007.

Kate Maxwell pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Leadership from Central Michigan University.
