Neha Tripathy

Neha Tripathy has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Neha started their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Indiacom Limited in November 2013. Here, they gained experience in recruitments, background verification checks, and onboarding processes.

Neha then worked as a Human Resources Recruitment Consultant at Genetic callnet from September 2014 to November 2014. Following that, they joined Levotech as an HR Executive from January 2015 to April 2015, where they were involved in HR responsibilities.

Neha then worked at Aakash Projects & Builders Pvt Ltd as an HR Executive from December 2015 to January 2017. During their time there, they continued to gain experience in HR management.

Neha then moved on to IGLOBAL IMPACT ITES PVT. LTD. where they served as an Assistant HR from December 2018 to April 2019. Here, they contributed to HR operations and assisted in various HR tasks.

Most recently, Neha has been working as a Freelance Human Resources Consultant at StraViso since October 2020. In this role, they provide HR consulting services on a freelance basis.

Throughout their various roles, Neha has developed a strong skill set in recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations.

Neha Tripathy completed their PGDHRM in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Jamshedpur Womens College. Neha'seducation history also includes completing their XII degree in Economics from Atomic Energy Central School, Jadugoda, from 2009 to 2010.
