Jerome de Armas, CDCMP has over 8 years of experience in data center operations and management. Jerome has served as the Director of Data Center Operations & Strategy at Stream Data Centers since 2016, where they developed and enforced policies and procedures for data center operations, implemented a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and ensured compliance with industry standards. Jerome also held the role of Business Intelligence Manager, Critical Facilities at Stream Data Centers from 2021 to 2023, where they oversaw the design and development of a data center application and led data integration strategies. Prior to their current role, Jerome worked at Digital Realty from 2012 to 2016, serving as Chief Engineer, Critical Facilities and Lead Facilities Engineer. In these positions, they managed the technical operations of large-scale data centers, developed maintenance procedures, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and implemented energy management programs. Jerome de Armas, CDCMP, has a Journeyman Electrical License from the I.E.C. Jerome has also obtained certifications in Operational Excellence Foundations from LinkedIn and Certified Data Center Management Professional from CNet Training. Additionally, they hold a Journeyman Electrician certification from the State of Texas.
