Terry Kearns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and advisory services. Currently serving as the President and Founder of Westlake Advisors LLC since December 2006, Terry Kearns has built a boutique advisory firm in Dallas, Texas, specializing in real estate and insurance-related services. In addition to current roles as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at EMD Realty and an Investor with CultureMap, Terry Kearns has also worked as an advisor for Stream Now TV and Bendecidos Pens. Previous positions include Managing Director and Co-Founder of Oxford Strategic Advisors, Policy Acquisitions with Legacy Benefits, and Business Development with Option Management. Terry Kearns began a career in sales for Allegiance Telecom and holds a BBA in Business from Texas State University and further education from The University of Texas at Austin.
