Zachary Powers is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction Management at Stream Realty Partners since June 2025, Zachary previously held the position of Managing Director - Project Management at Savills and also worked as a Senior Project Manager. Earlier roles include Construction Project Manager at Grubb Properties, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive project management for multiple real estate projects, and Assistant Superintendent at ADE Builders, focusing on communications and scheduling. Zachary began the career as a Project Management Intern at Albion General Contractors, gaining foundational skills in contract administration and project oversight. Zachary earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University between 2012 and 2017.
