Andreia Barbosa

Andreia Barbosa has over 15 years of work experience. Andreia began their career in 2006 as a Management Advisor at Tintas Lacca, Lda. Andreia then moved to ALERT Life Sciences Computing, S.A. in 2008 as an IT Consultant for Financial Management. In 2011, they joined Hydra iT as an IT Consultant for Financial Management, Logistics, Resource Planning, Post Sales, and Quality Management. In 2016, they became an IT Senior Project Delivery Manager and Product Owner at MC. In 2021, they joined Talkdesk as an IT Program Manager for R&D Strategy & Operations, where they coordinated one of the company's five most important and strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment. Andreia worked closely with program sponsors and teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, dependencies and timing for the new initiatives. Andreia analyzed, evaluated, and overcame program risks, and produced program reports for management and key stakeholders. Andreia also worked with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the company. Currently, they are a Product Operations Manager at Stream.

Andreia Barbosa has an extensive educational background. Andreia completed their Entrepreneurial Management degree from Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão de Felgueiras - Instituto Politécnico do Porto in 2007. Andreia then obtained their M.S. Quality Engineering degree from the same institution. In 2012, they began their Frequency of M.S. Business Management and Internationalization degree, which they are currently pursuing. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Core Setup and Finance from Rumos, S.A., Porto in 2010, Pedagogical Training Course for Trainers from Rumos, S.A., Porto in 2009, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 Financials from Rumos, S.A., Porto in 2008.
