Lennart Kuijs has over 15 years of experience in software development, working in a variety of roles such as manager, tech lead, architect, (lead) software engineer and scrum master. In 2005, they began their career as a Webdeveloper at New Media World BV. In 2006, they were a Sr. Webdeveloper at Orange, where they were responsible for the implementation of the frontend for the rebranding from Wanadoo to Orange. Lennart then moved on to T-Mobile Netherlands BV in 2007, working as a Development Team Lead, leading UI development team and responsible for the development and maintenance of the Orange and Online.nl websites. In 2011, they were an Expert Software Engineer at bol.com, where they were an initiator and developer for the bol.com iOS app and mobile website, as well as the scrum master for the iOS, mobile website and open API team. In 2014, they became Co-owner and CTO at Pinkcube Werbeartikel, where they were responsible for the realisation of an e-commerce platform and automation of the order- and fulfilment process. In 2018, they joined IceMobile as a Technology Lead, responsible for the software engineering (BE/FE), QA and devops (hiring talent, performance reviews and coaching team members). Lennart was also responsible for the systems architecture, software development process and infrastructure. In 2021, they became CTO of Cloom, a fitness startup, where they are responsible for all things technical. Lennart is responsible for the software engineering team (backend and frontend), product owner and scrum master. Lennart is currently the Technical Director of Engineering at Stream, a role they began in 2023.

Lennart Kuijs obtained a B.Sc. in Computer Science / Multimedia Technology from Saxion University of Applied Sciences between 1998 and 2004. Prior to this, they attended Isendoorn College from 1992 to 1998 and obtained a VWO qualification.
