Emilian Losneanu's work experience includes:

- Principal Software Engineer at UiPath since November 2018.

- Coach and Software Engineer at Cegeka from June 2011 to November 2018. In this role, they assessed team needs, initiated sustainable change, facilitated workshops and trainings, increased domain knowledge, designed software architecture, and implemented features test first. Emilian also facilitated knowledge sharing and created learning opportunities for the team.

- Team Leader at Softwin from June 2010 to June 2011. Here, they coordinated team members, participated in technical interviews, and facilitated the transition towards agile.
