Nikoletta Grampsa

Nikoletta Grampsa has been working in the Human Resources field since 2020. In 2021, they began working as a Recruitment Coordinator for Stream, a Co-Founder for Helios Jewellery, and a Talent Coordinator Product | Engineering for Mollie. Additionally, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding for The Kraft Heinz Company, where their responsibilities included attracting and sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources, coordinating candidate interviews, and allocating candidates using Workday. In 2020, Nikoletta worked as Human Resources (ISC) for Philips, where they supported and led several HR projects, planned, coordinated and reported the progress of projects.

Nikoletta Grampsa completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Athens University of Economics and Business from 2012 to 2017. Nikoletta then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Tilburg University from 2020 to 2021. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including The psychology of Work Delinquency from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens in August 2020, Hospitality, Front Office Academy from ReGeneration | Global Shapers Athens Hub in January 2019, Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from ALBA Graduate Business School in March 2018, Grow Greek Tourism Online from Google in September 2015, and IELTS from the British Council in January 2019.
