Nadav Kaftzan

Nadav Kaftzan is a Senior Account Manager at StreamElements. Nadav has a long history of working in various legal positions, advising company leadership on corporate issues, legal risks, and contractual obligations while considering the company’s business goals. Nadav has also drafted and negotiated various legal documents, including corporate documents, partnership, sales, research, vendor and employment (IL, US and EU) agreements, terms of use, licenses, and data processing agreements – with an aggregate value of tens of millions of dollars.

In their previous position as Legal & Operations Lead at Immunai, Nadav also managed and implemented legal product compliance programs, including with respect to GDPR, CPRA, and other data privacy regulations. Nadav has also been monitoring regulatory developments to assess and communicate impact to company leadership.

Before joining StreamElements, Nadav worked as an Associate at Pearl Cohen from January 2018 to December 2020. Prior to that, Nadav was an Articled Clerk at Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal - Israel's Leading International Law Firm from March 2016 to February 2017. Nadav began their career as a Technical Editor at Nevo Publishing from October 2014 to February 2016.

Nadav Kaftzan graduated from Tel Aviv University with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Cinema and Television. Nadav is certified by the Israel Bar Association as a lawyer.
